This was my worst experience ever. we ordered before two o'clock in the evening in the morning and we got the food at about 3 o'clock . we have had 4-5 conversations sfter we ordered online to make it essier for them. they did not speak English we were on Briarcliff and they were on Briarcliff yet they could not find us regarding the food the Penang was the worst I've ever had it was watered down and had no flavor the rest of the food was actually fine however we had ordered enough to qualify us for free steamed shrimp when was not in our order we called back to ask about it and they said that we could have free something next time we called and they would keep track of it first of all we will never be coming back and to not do anything to make it right. To have thewith audacity to tell me that I could have something next time was ridiculous ... they were being lazy and wanted to go homewe will never be going back there again and I will be doing a chargeback. Yes I expct a language issue. Slow delivery as well. We ordered extra to get the shrimp. They know we wont order again so they were not going to make it right. Also I have eaten thrre before and it wss bad then too. Shame on me for wanting late night food at a bar.

This place is pretty bad, but it will do in a pinch. ONLY order from here if it's too late for anything else to be open.

Steamed buns are delicious! Dumplings are also very flavorful although the skins looked prepackaged and the fried dumplings were soggy, and the xiao long bao were good but very small. I would have given four stars except that the steamed buns smelled like cigarette smoke... they were the best of all but we had trouble eating them because of the smell!Their delivery is expensive at a $20 minimum. I would definitely order from here again if I don't want to drive out to Buford for pork buns, but hopefully next time they will smell good!As a side note the dipping sauce for the dumplings is pretty good, and I'm picky about dumpling sauce.

This food was pretty disgusting. Not only did they not bring the soup I ordered, they completely messed up my main course as well. It was cold and unappetizing. To top it off, I found a hair in my rice.

How is Chinese food like sex? Even bad Chinese food is still pretty good. This is what Chopsticks, and most other Chinese food restaurants in Atlanta, hang their hats on. They have the standard Chinese dishes, none particularly good, but they're filling and not that expensive. If you need late night Chinese food, this is a decent option. Otherwise, find somewhere else to eat.

While my server was very friendly, the prices at Chopsticks are overpriced for mediocre food. What really annoyed me was the owner's insistance on yelling at her employees for over 30 minutes despite the fact that there were customers dining. That was disrespectful, to me and the other customers.

I just had absolutely the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my entire life. My fiancé and I just moved into the area, and decided to order in. We ordered the family dinner combination with orange chicken, fried rice, egg drop soup, and an egg roll. When the food arrived, we automatically realized there was no rice in the bag. So we called the restaurant and very nicely told them our rice was missing, could they bring some by. The person that answered the phone dryly answered "we get you rice" and hung up on me... Okay?So then we begin getting our plates ready. We open the chicken... And it was basically nasty fried chicken patties cut up into strips with two orange slices laid on top. No vegetables or anything were included... The patties were soggy and the chicken itself was very dry. So we were a little disappointed to say the least. Then we find the "orange sauce" which was basically orange flavored cough syrup... It was nasty. Not to mention the egg drop soup, which was an extra $2.25, was barely enough to fill a small bowl halfway. We called the restaurant again to tell them that the food was unacceptable and we wanted a refund. Any restaurant that cares at all about their reputation would do something to reconcile this problem so they don't end up getting reamed on yelp... But the guy hung up on me once again. I was left feeling confused and taken advantage of.The manager ended up calling me back, (I assume, he never told me who he was). He said that since I knew what it tasted like I clearly ate some of it and he couldn't refund me for food I had already tasted.... Ok. Whatever. So then he offers me 15% off my next order. I won't be ordering food here ever again, so I did not accept the offer. We also told them to keep their fried rice that we paid for because it would probably be nasty like the rest of this "Chinese food."Do yourself a favor. Don't ever order food from chopsticks. Just...don't do it.
